go to the old classic dashboard?

i don't like the new dashboard where you don't have the black bar on the left hand side everything now is cluttered in the middle can i go back to the other view?

We know it takes time to get used to a new look. The option to go back to the old dashboard is unavailable. QuickBooks is designed to be faster and more helpful for an easy workflow. The new layout is simplified to make it easier to navigate.

 

You can share your thoughts or experience by clicking Settings in the top-right corner of your screen and then Feedback. We truly appreciate your patience and ideas.

Feedback is useless. Every user I know has been submitting feedback letting Intuit know how we feel about the new layout - yet Intuit has chosen to throw its customer obsession out the window, and go ahead and do what they want to do anyway. The new layout is messy, takes longer to find and do things - nobody actually wanted this. Read the room, Intuit.

The feedback button exists simply to get users to stop venting their frustrations to a person and to make users feel like someone is listening. I think it's just a way to not have to deal with their customers. Every support call and community answer ALWAYS ends with "please use the feedback button to address your concerns" when in actuality the support call should addressing your concerns.

 

I don't think the feedback goes to anybody.
