First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window.

The error is from Expensify account.

Yes I have reached out to Expensify and have confirmed that all has been setup correctly and the issue is when I am trying to sync our Canadian expenses.
