Automatically creating new customers in QuickBooks directly from a website form submission is not currently supported. We understand how convenient this can be, so I recommend sending a request to our developers.
We value your thoughts regarding automating customer setup via the Google form. Since this is currently unavailable, consider sending a message to our product developers to help us enhance it. Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
- Share your suggestion, then click Next.
Alternatively, you may need to use a third-party integration tool. Please know that' we're unable to suggest a specific one. Just select the Plug icon to open the My integrations window, then click Find integrations. From there, explore your options and then Browse categories and Browse industries.

Once your customers are all set, you can start creating and sending estimates.
