Hello jamilss-gmail-co,
Thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community family! It's great you're using the online banking feature to save time with entering your transactions. It’s crucial that you have access to older bank transactions for your books to be balanced. I'll be happy to assist you with this.
When you connect your bank account or credit card to QuickBooks Online, bank transactions between 30-90 days depending on the bank are automatically downloaded into your QuickBooks account. If you need to access older transactions from your Walmart Mastercard, you can do that by manually uploading those transactions into your account. You can find more details on how to upload older bank transactions into QuickBooks Online using this article link Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Please be on the look out for duplicate transactions when uploading older transactions into your QuickBooks Online account. You can edit the CSV file which opens up as an Excel spreadsheet on your computer and remove every duplicate transaction before uploading the file into your QuickBooks Online account. You can exclude duplicate transactions if they get uploaded by mistake. To exclude the duplicate bank transactions, you can navigate to the Banking tab on the left-menu, tick the check box of the duplicate transactions under the For Review tab, and click on Exclude. The excluded transactions are moved from the For Review tab to Excluded tab where you can always Undo at any time. Here's an article with details on how you can exclude bank transactions Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.
I hope this helps! Please reach out if you have any more questions. Have a great week ahead.
