Hello, I was in Kenya and bought Quickbooks Desktop - the UK Version. Can it be used in Canada for a Canadian Company? What would be the setup for such?

Since QuickBooks Desktop is designed differently based on where your business is located, you're unable to use the UK version of the product to run a Canadian business. Canadian versions of QuickBooks Desktop are set up to help you sort out your taxes, and follow Canadian regulations and qualifications.

If you'd like to return the UK version of QuickBooks Desktop, please contact UK support here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/.

Once you've done that, you can purchase a Canadian version of the program here: QuickBooks Desktop Canada.

I am agree to AddieB. Hopefully you are still eligilble to refund your UK license and purchase a new CA license of 2020 version.
