Hi dr-la-noyahr
When adding a new bank account to sync with your QBO at the stage where you pick the account, there's an option at the bottom of how far back to download transactions from. The default is 'this year' (from Jan 1 of the current calendar year) but there are a number of options including custom.
If those older transactions aren't importing that sounds like a job for support.
From the help menu if you click contact us they'll call you back, usually pretty quickly and are super helpful.
Hi there. It's vital you're able to see all your bank transactions in QuickBooks so you can manage them with ease. When you connect your bank, QuickBooks automatically downloads the last three months of transactions to save you from the hassle of manually importing all of the transactions. For any transactions that go beyond the three months you'll have to manually upload them using the simple steps outlined in this great article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
If you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach back to me. I'll be one message away.
