Processing times for invoice payments vary in QuickBooks, Eric. I'll break them down for you so you know when your funds will be posted.

For the initial batch of invoice payments, the funds will appear in your bank within approximately five business days as we set up your account. Once your QuickBooks Online Payments account is fully set up, you will start receiving payments within 3 to 4 business days. Additionally, standard deposits are processed every day, except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

By the way, you can review the status of your deposit through your Merchant Services account. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click the drop-down list beside Activities & Reports and select Deposits.
  3. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

Just a heads up, sometimes banks hold onto funds even after we've deposited them. If that happens, I recommend reaching out to your bank and see if there's anything else you need to do on your end.
