Hello ian39,

I hope you are having an awesome weekend so far! To answer your question, you should have the ability to HIDE the Setup Guide in the top right-hand corner (Blue Hyperlink), if you choose not to complete the setup.

If you have completed the set and it's still lingering it could be a browser issue and we can try the following steps:

Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/data-and-systems/clear-cache-and-cookies-to-fix-is....

Hi Lourdes-Fernadez,

 

Thanks for the response! Clicking hide is an extra unnecessary step, and doesn't hide it completely :(

 

I have finished all the steps except signing up for Tsheets because we won't be using it.

 

I cleared the cache (which was probably long overdue anyhow) but that didn't work.

 

I guess I'll be sending a note to QBO, thank you anyway!
