QuickBooks Online enables you to export your data and save it to your computer's hard drive. This makes importing your information to your new QuickBooks Online account, effortless. You can export multiple reports and lists into individual Excel files, in one batch. I would be glad to assist!

1. Go to Settings ⚙
2. Select Export data
3. Set the Date range
4. Choose the reports you want to export
5. Hit Export to Excel.
