Happy Wednesday @nrg123!
I know I love the feeling of a fresh start, so I can see how clearing your QuickBooks Online subscription could be the right choice for your business. QuickBooks Online provides a quick and easy fix for customers that find themselves in this situation, and I'd like to go over that with you.
If your subscription for QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus has been active for less than 90 days, you have the option to purge the account. This wipes your current data and allows you to start fresh and enter new data going forward. It's important to note that this cannot be undone, even by our support team, so be sure that you want to delete all of your data before proceeding. The steps below outline how you can purge your account:
If your subscription has been active for more than 90 days, you have the options to delete each transaction manually in order to clear the account, or cancel your subscription and start over. Check out this article on how to Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription for more information. Once cancelled, please refer to our Plans & Pricing page to start a new subscription.
If there's any additional information I can provide, don't hesitate to let me know. I'm here to help!
If your account is > 30 days, you should consider purchasing a new QBO account instead with the same email address. You will pay the discounted rate from first month again.
