How do I download and print the instructions to export a desktop account to an on line account ?

Although QuickBooks Online is a different program compared to Desktop, the communication between the two makes it easy to transfer data over. If you're looking to do it manually, there are community articles with info on how to do that:

• Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online
• Move your data to QuickBooks Online
• Move your lists to QuickBooks Online
• Limitations of moving data to QuickBooks Online from other software
