How do i list more than 50 transactions

It is driving me crazy to press next next next to see all my transactions. I'd like to see few hundred at a time. Help. How?

How do i list more than 50 transactions

Hey there accounting120,

 

Thanks for reaching out to us here, QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help balance your books. It's important that your able to access the amount of transactions desired. I can provide some information.

 

I see how being able to access more than 50 transactions at a time could be beneficial. Let me show you how to access this option!

 

1- Head to the Accounting tab and select Chart of accounts

2- Above the Action column, you'll see a Pencil, Printer, and Gear icon. Click on the Gear icon

3- Under Rows, you will see a drop down arrow, click on the arrow.

4- Select to view up to 300 rows.

 

300 rows is the max amount that is currently allowed in QuickBooks. If you have any other Questions, feel free to reach out here.
