When new users create their QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, they have the option to schedule a free setup call with an expert to get started. During this call, a dedicated QuickBooks expert will answer your specific questions about the platform, guide you through setting up the features and tools you’ll use most, and share helpful tips and tricks to help you work more efficiently.
If you selected Yes—free help sounds great during setup, you should have received confirmation of your setup call along with the scheduled date and time. A QuickBooks expert will contact you at your chosen time to guide you through the process.
If you selected Not right now during setup, you still have up to three weeks to book your free setup call at a time that works for you. Follow these steps to schedule your setup call:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and click Contact Experts in the upper right corner.
- Select Connect with an Onboarding Expert and click Appointment.
- Choose Find a Different Time, select your preferred date and time, and enter your name, email, and phone number.
- Tick the confirmation box and click Schedule Appointment to finalize.
