Hello there, @modernmechanical.
While you can manage Projects on the web version of QuickBooks Online, the ability to create or set up new ones in the mobile app is currently unavailable. We can only assign the project created in the web browser to your expenses or invoices in the Add Customer field and choose the specific project from the list in your mobile app.
For now, we can use a web browser to create a project. Follow the steps on how:
- Open your preferred browser on your Android device or PC.
- In the Search bar, type qbo.intuit.com and sign in.
- Head to All apps, then select Projects.
- Click New project.
- Complete the necessary details and hit Save and close.
