Welcome to the QB Online family! It's great to have new users like you on board. QuickBooks Online makes it easy to create a month-end report/statement. I'd be happy to show you how you can set this up on your end.
In creating a statement, you can only view the date, activity, the total amount of the invoice and balance due. To learn more about creating statements, check out this helpful article here:
Create and view customer statements. Since the statement doesn't show the specific detail of an invoice, you can track this by opening a Transaction Detail report.
Here's how:
- Go to Reports and choose Transaction Detail by Account.
- You can customize the report by Product/Service and Customer. Just click the Customize tab.
- You can also modify the Display density by clicking the Gear icon in the upper right of the report.
