I encourage you to check out the following Community thread that provides info on how to successfully migrate your data from one program to the other. The saved QBO files can be transferred to the USB manually and depending on the on the operating system you're using, the steps may vary. Once the QBO files are saved on the USB you can then manually transfer them to the computer with QB Desktop. Let me know if you have other questions. I'm here to assist.
