How to remove filters in reconciliations?

Hello there, Soll.

I'm here to help you display your transactions during reconciliation.

To clarify, when you mention that transactions are posted, are you referring to entries from the Pending tab or transactions that have been properly categorised in the Chart of Accounts? This differentiation will help us address the issue more effectively.

First, to confirm proper categorisation of the transactions, you can review them in the Banking tab. Here's how:

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Accounting, then choose Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the account you wish to review.
  3. Navigate to the Pending tab and categorise any transactions as needed.

Once the categorisation is confirmed, you'll also want to verify whether the missing transactions have been manually reconciled by reviewing your Chart of Accounts.

You can follow these steps below:

  1. Go to Accounting, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the desired account and click View Register.
  3. Click the funnel icon to review any applied filters, such as Reconcile Status, Transaction Type, Payee, and Date. Ensure these filters are cleared or adjusted to display all transactions.
  4. Click Apply to save changes.

From there, you'll want to find the posted transactions and check if there's an R (Reconciled) or a checkmark in the Reconcile Status column.

If R is present but the transactions aren't visible, you'll want to review the filters applied in your reconciliation window. Clearing unnecessary filters is key to ensuring all transactions appear consistently.

However, if adjustments are required for individual transactions, you'll want to make changes as needed and click Save.
