How to unactivate and activate the license on another system

Hi

 

Recently just installed a new copy of Quickbook 2021 Premium with 2 users license on my client new windows 10 PC plus activated it.

 

However, my client later change mind and want to uninstall QB on this PC and install

QB on another new system instead.

 

Do we need to uninstall first on the first PC and then install on the new PC.

Just worry that we had activation issue on the new PC.

Thank for your reply.

Our key concerns is upon installing of the new Quickbook software on 

the new computer, it will prompt us to activate the software. Without

the activation, we cannot use it at all.

 

For your info, we had activated Quickbooks on both new computers, just to find out that we installed

it on one of the computer wrongly. We need to install it on another new computer.

 

Therefore, any way to ensure that activation on the new computer will

work smoothly without any issue. In the past for older version of Quickbook,

we often face the activation issue that we need to contact your side to activate

it. Hope we don't face the same issue.

As long as you have the license information for 2021 you'll be able to install it without issue. All you need to do is download, run the installer and enter the license information. Once that's complete you will just have to answer a few quick questions on the activation page and you'll be good to go.
