Here's how:
- Visit RBC online banking.
- On your homepage, click on Pay & Sync with QuickBooks.
- Select the MCA PDF and check the agreement checkbox to enable the Get Started button.
- A notification window will appear, informing you that you will be leaving RBC and will be directed to QuickBooks Online.
- Click Continue to start the authorization process between RBC and QuickBooks Online.
- Once you Continue, you'll need to log into your QuickBooks Online account and grant RBC access to your stored information.
- Next, navigate to the QuickBooks Online login page to continue the enrollment process. Here, you will select which company file you are granting access to.
- After authorizing RBC, the enrollment process will be finalized, and you will be directed to the RBC Pay & Sync Welcome page.
You now have four options to choose from: Match Accounts, Match Suppliers, Pay Bills, and Match Bill Payees. Please proceed with selecting the appropriate action to determine which QuickBooks bill you would like to pay next by opening this article for the detailed steps: RBC Pay & Sync integration.
