I am having issues with receipts not being scanned into QuickBooks. I have multiple transactions that I know I have scanned into QuickBooks, but no record on file! Help!?

As noted, I've scanned receipts but they don't show up in the app for sorting and matching. This is a problem obviously as some receipts have now gone missing. Has this happened to anyone and how can it be resolved? Ate the receipts hidden somewhere else?

Welcome to Community!  The QuickBooks Online receipts feature, is a dynamic way to upload your bills and expenses seamlessly.  I would be glad to help!

 

The QuickBooks Online mobile app for iOS or Android enables you to scan and upload receipts from your phone.  Here's how;

 

1. Open the app, then tap the Menu ≡

2. Tap Receipt snap

3. Tap the Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt

4. Tap Use this photo, then Done.

 

You can view receipts you already reviewed and those waiting for review in the mobile app. To add receipts on your books, you need to sign in to QuickBooks in a web browser.  You'll see the items on the Receipts tab in the Banking section of your books.
