I am unable to see the balance column in QBO... I have searched and played around with all settings on my desktop and in my web browser... Any other options available???

I'd like to make sure I'm on the same page as you. Could you describe more about the balance column you're referring to? You're more than welcome to send screenshots for visual reference. If there are any features you'd like to see included in the program, you can send feedback directly to our product developers. You can easily do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are largely based on the feedback we get from users like you.

Here is a screenshot. It is when I'm in the Chart of Accounts section. I have been using QBO for years and this has never been an issue. Even if i scroll to the side it is cut off. The only way I have found to see it all is by reducing my browser zoom to 50% which makes everything so small it's impossible to see anything.

 

If you have a fix that would be great. My browser is up to date. All of my display settings are as indicated in the solutions listed on other posts where people are having this problem.
