I did my taxes through turbo tax and was supposed to get 18 months free

I tried contacting TurboTax and they said this is a QuickBooks problem.

I too am having a problem. It says that it’s free for one month only. It asked me to register and it charged me $2.99. It will be $9.99 in November. Forget that
