I don't have the admin password since one of the counters changed and now you don't remember, can it be recovered or reset?

If you lost or forgot your user ID and password, and no longer have access to your phone or email on file, use the account recovery form in the article I posted. Your request will be processed within one business day.

Last resort, you can purchase a 3rd party password removal service. Don't call the number shared by Steve Chase 

Dear friend, I thank you for your reply and apologize for the inconvenience. The problem I'm having is with the Canada Premier 2024 Quickbooks Accounting Database, which is the software I use to keep my financial records. It turns out that I forgot my admin password and I can't access my data. Could you help me get it back or create a new one?

Can you access CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there?

I was provided a usb stick from a former bookkeeper, but did not have her version of quickbooks 2021, so I purchased the quickbooks online and was sent an email with all the information.  After installation, I went to open the information which is now on the 2021 quickbooks that I purchased.  It asked for a password, first I put in her password, but it didn't work, then I put in my password and it didn't work.  Now I see it requires and admin password.  I have no idea what to do and I am in the process of trying to get a Corporate tax ready.  Please help
