Are you seeing any specific error messages (like "Delivery Error") when you hit the send button? Have you verified the status of these estimates if it shows "Pending", "Closed", or "Accepted"? If not, go and select the estimate, click Manage, then scroll down to Status. Also, ensure the client's email address is correct, no typos, no extra spaces, as an incorrect entry will prevent the estimate from reaching their inbox.
As a workaround, you can share a link to the estimate so the customer can download, print, or approve it instantly. Just click the estimate that hasn't been sent, click the dropdown button beside Review and send, then select Share link, and hit Done.
