Thanks for your reply.
The issue was I needed to log in to the "self-employed" option where I found my transactions.
The regular Quickbooks allowed me to also log in but there were no transactions found there.

I also recommend logging into your account from a web browser, if you're experiencing this issue from your mobile device.
