I’m creating a US client via Direct Billing to get the QuickBooks discounts, but the billing address is locked to Canada. Can you guide me to create a US client correctly

Hi there, Junna. Before I proceed, can you confirm whether your QuickBooks account profile was originally created under the Canadian region?   

If your account is based in Canada and you're trying to add a U.S. client via Direct Billing, the address is locked to Canada because subscription billing is region-locked to the country where your account was created.
