Since it’s showing incorrectly on your end, I suggest adding the billable entry in your invoices using an incognito window or another supported browser. - Open your QuickBooks.
- Select the Help (?) icon.
- Go to Search and click the Contact Us button.
- Choose Callback or Chat with a live expert.
