I'm having problems displaying the rate when importing time entires into the new Quickbooks invoice layout?

All of my time entries are set at a rate of $150.00, but when I add a billable entry into the new invoice layout sometimes I get 150, other times I get 149.999997 other times I get 150.00003. Nothing is consistent and I have to manually go and fix all of these. This layout is not working for me.

The rate you set in the Time Entry page should appear correctly in both the old and new invoice layouts. Since it’s showing incorrectly on your end, I suggest adding the billable entry in your invoices using an incognito window or another supported browser. This can help pinpoint potential browser-related issues, as this behavior is unusual.
 

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team for a deeper investigation using screen sharing tools.
 

Here's how:
 

  1. Open your QuickBooks.
  2. Select the Help (?) icon.
  3. Go to Search and click the Contact Us button.
  4. Choose Callback or Chat with a live expert.
