I'm looking to make a list to export contacts into Active Campaign, so I need a list of customer email address, but I want to do it for a specific product/service that I offer instead of every email for every customer.

At this time, there isn't a way to export email addresses for a specific product/service. You'll have to export email addresses using the steps below:

I am working in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. I need to make a csv to do an EBlast, with two things - Customer and Email. Per your instructions to go to Customer Contact list, there is no Customize button on the upper Right of the window. Please give me the work-around.
Alternately, if I go to Customer Contact List and to Filters in the top header, and the window headed Filters comes up, and I click Customer and Email, nothing happens.
Please advise. I just spent 4 days (3,000 names) moving all the emails into the Emails window of all my customer contacts in order to do my EBlast. It never occurred to me that Quickbooks would not have a mail merge for emails.
3rd alternative- Reports > Customer Contact List > Filters > in the Report Filters window, I click the box Customer and the box Email, I fill in the blank next to Email because it won't work if I leave it blank, so I write, just like the window above: All customers/jobs. I click Apply, I go to top > File > Save Report as Text - I still get - nothing.
Let's ensure you can create a CSV file for an EBlast, shirret.

Here's how:
I can see the importance of having this option for your business. With that, I suggest sending feedback to our product developers so they can review it and might consider adding this in our future updates. Please refer to the steps below:
