We currently use Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop 2019. Does Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise offer a way to import inventory transactions from an Excel file? I see some information on the IIF import. I have downloaded IIF import kit but the more I dig, I can't seem to find any solid info on the spreadsheet format for an inventory transaction.
We are trying to eliminate how much manual entry we do on a daily basis.
You can use TP Importer as a workaround. It's a $199 one time license. If you have a US business credit card or ACH, you can get it for free through a partner.

Importing inventory data from Excel to QuickBooks is only for lists and does not include transactions, @bhaan_TWD. You can utilize the Add multiple/items method to copy and paste your inventory list from Excel part by part and column by column. I'll guide you with the details.
