I appreciate you letting us know about your concern regarding not seeing the billable hours option, Dulan.
Since it is not appearing on your end, let’s confirm that Billable is enabled in your settings to ensure it displays in both employees' profiles and the weekly timesheets window.
Here's how:
- From the Gear icon, select Accounts and Settings.
- Click the Time tab and hit the Pencil icon in the Timesheet section.
- Turn on "Allow time to be billable" and checkmark the "Show billing rate to users entering time".

Also, make sure to tick the Billable checkbox in the weekly timesheet. Please see the sample screenshot:

If the option is still unavailable either in the employee's profile or the weekly timesheet window after enabling these settings, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team for further assistance. They have the capabilities to examine the root cause and have tools to resolve the issue.
