What I recommend is that you contact our Live Support team, since it is they who can look into why RBC transactions are not updating in QuickBooks. Here's how to reach them:
- Click the Help (?) icon, then go to the Search tab.
- Type "Support" into the search bar, and select Contact Us.
- Briefly describe your issue, then click Continue.
- Select your preferred support option: Appointment, Chat, or Callback; make sure to review support hours so you can connect.
In the meantime, manually upload bank transactions from RBC into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
