Is anyone experiencing issues with uploading receipts?

I upload receipts, quickbooks shows processing and then when the page refreshes the uploads disappear. I even tried in incognito mode and it does not work.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, excellentia. Since the standard troubleshooting steps have not resolved the issue, this issue requires a more in-depth review.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Support team. They have the tools and capabilities to find the root cause of the problem and roll out fixes as soon as possible.

Here's how to contact them:

1.  Click the Help (?) icon at the top right of your QuickBooks screen.
2. Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
3. Type your concern and click Continue.
4.  Choose Chat with us and Have us call you to speak with live support.

While this is being checked, you can use the Snap Receipt feature on your mobile phone as a workaround. Go to the App Store or Play Store to install QuickBooks, then log in using your existing QuickBooks Online credentials.
