Is there a way that we can be allowed to import custom style form for sales receipts?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program that provides the ability to import Customers, Suppliers, the Chart of Accounts, Products and Services, Invoices and Bills. At this time, there isn't a way to import sales receipts.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction, so you can accomplish your QuickBooks goals!

If you'd like to see this option available in feature updates, you can submit a suggestion to our Development team.  In the interim, you can review the available apps that sync with QuickBooks Online, or follow the link directly from your QuickBooks account.  Here's how:

1. Open Settings ⚙ in the top right

2. Under Tools, select Import Data

3. Scroll down to 'Need to bring in sales receipts, invoices, and expenses'? 

4. Hit Try this app

First of all, I am sorry for the late reply. Secondly, I think there was a misunderstanding about the question. What we want is the ability of importing a customized template document for sales receipt. The same way we can do it for estimates and invoices. However, at the moment, it doesn't seem like you provide that feature and we were wondering if there was a workaround beside using the built-in template customization .

I can provide some information about custom forms. There isn't the option to upload a custom document for a sales receipt template. It can be done for invoices and estimates, so the sales receipt can only be customized using the in-system template. I can see how being able to upload a custom template for sales receipts would help you personalize the appearance of your forms even further. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration when our developers design new features for QuickBooks Online.
