Currently, you need to manually enter the email address of your recipient for each email message you send, Cheri.
I suggest submitting a feedback request to our product development team. They will evaluate your suggestion and may consider implementing a feature that automatically saves your recipient's email address when sending management reports.

- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Tap Next to submit.
