I'm not even sure anyone from Intuit reads these...
My account manager has been MIA for about a month.
I have some very pressing issues that I need to contact someone other than "technical support" for.
I've spent the last 2 hours getting bounced between online chats and phone calls. One saying they can't help me but the other can and so forth. I tried going through the sales phone number but the voice menu won't recognize any issue I tell to it.
I'm at the point where I'm seriously considering moving my firm to another software. The support with Intuit is to be blunt, disgusting. Everytime I have an issue it's a fiasco to try and find someone to help.
