We are using the current version of QB Enterprise - Mfg and having issues with the "Close" Button when entering serial numbers in a Sales Order. The program crashes (most times/sometimes not) and we have to start over on the Sales Order. However the "Save and Close" button, but it's a real pain to have to go back in and enter the next Serial Number, especially if you have or more Serial Numbers to enter.
Have tried closing the program and restarting it, but with no ascertainable effect.
Apologies > had some grammer errors in my post! In the body of the post is should have said the Save and Close button works fine. The problem is just with the save button.

Thank you for the assistance. In the end when we came in the next morning, this was not an issue any more, even without having done anything. The IT guy had mentioned something about network issues.
However, we will keep this in mind if further issues present themselves.
