Line Account Invalid error importing journal entries from CVS file. I've ensured that each account being imported matches our chart of accounts exactly. Any solutions?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction so you can get back to doing the things you enjoy.

First, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.

I'll be one message away in case you need further assistance.

Dear [jessica-morier ],

The "Line Account Invalid" error may occur due to formatting issues or hidden characters in the CSV file. Ensure that there are no extra spaces or hidden characters in the account names. Also, check that the account names match exactly, including capitalization and punctuation. If the issue persists, try exporting your chart of accounts and comparing it to your CSV file for discrepancies or dial [SPAM number removed].
