Customizing our users experience is something that we focus on and integrating third party apps to QuickBooks Online is one of the ways we do that. I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction for this.
At this time we don't have a QuickBooks POS system that allows integration with your company but QuickBooks Online is always growing and we'd welcome any feedback you could provide. You can do this by going to: Gear>Feedback. Your feedback is then sent directly to our developers so your suggestions could be included in future updates.
I also suggest looking into our third party apps page as you could find something that suit your needs. You just need to click Apps on the side to find all the ones that work with QuickBooks Online.
