Is there any way export the data from QB Desktop 2021 (UK edition) from a specific date? I don't want to migrate the entire file.

Just to clarify that you are posting in CA community. Do you need to migrate data from QBD UK version to QBO UK, CA or another region version?
Yes, QB UK to QB UK
Apologies, the help pushed me to the US Site. I saw something about a condense utility, but it doesn't feature in the UK desktop version

You are correct. The Condense Data utility is only available in US version. Open a new blank QBO UK version

then you may have 2 ways to migrate data:
1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop, TPImporter for Online

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
