It's important you're able to use the mileage tracking feature without running into issues. I recommend troubleshooting this by uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. This is a good way to troubleshoot bugs that affect the app. By reinstalling it, this also ensures you're on the latest version of the mobile app. You can visit these links to reinstall the QBO mobile app:

I un-installed and reinstalled. I now see the notification that Auto Tracking is on. But at the end of the trip, I check the mileage tab, nothing is recorded. The last recorded date is still showing September 25th.
There is something wrong with the tracking system.

They'll be able to view the error with you in order to provide further troubleshooting steps, as well as collect the necessary information to notify the engineers of the issue.
