Mileage shortcut missing

Welcome to Community!  Missing the Mileage feature on your QuickBooks app can be troublesome.  I understand the importance of this feature, and how this impacts your daily workflow.  I would be glad to assist!

The issue can branch from updates, but can be easily resolved.  Initially, I recommend that you uninstall, then reinstall the app.  This will ensure it's up-to-date.  In addition, make sure that the Auto-tracking switch is turned on, by following the steps here.

Hi, 

I have done this but the shortcut is still missing. The app updated a couple of days ago which fixed the problem of expense accounts not showing when I napped receipts but this issue is still not resolved.
