In the meantime, you can open your QBO account via incognito to connect your bank account. Then, ensure you're using the bank website's URL. This helps you connect your account successfully.
Here's how to connect your bank account:
- From the left menu, choose All apps.
- Select Accounting, then Bank transactions.
- Click the Link account button.
- On your bank website's screen, copy the URL and then paste it into the Enter your bank name or URL search box.
- Choose the bank emblem.
- Manually enter your User ID and Password for the financial institution website.
- Click Continue.
- Complete the extra security verification and select Connect.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
If your bank isn’t listed, you can manually upload bank transactions to QBO as an alternative.
