my email address is not getting added into the system

Hello, my email address is not adding into the system for sending direct emails to the customers, i tries everything and now i need assistance. Kindly help and call on [removed] if someone really know the solution. thanks

Hi there, @devtruck.

 

Would you be able to share the email address you're trying to add to your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)? Could you also describe what happens every time you try to add it and what troubleshooting steps you've already taken?

 

In the meantime, please update your QBDT to the latest release. This will install bug fixes and security patches that can resolve the problem with adding or sending emails.

 

If the issue persists, use the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub to repair the program. Here are the steps to download and install it:

 

  1. Close your QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.8) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the installation finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Note: If you can't find the icon, do a search in Windows for QuickBooks Tool Hub and select the program.

 

Next, run either Quick Fix My Program or the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool. For steps, see Solutions 1 and 2 in this article: Repair your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.
