My mileage tracking stopped working on September 6th and hasn’t functioned since. I’ve checked all settings, and there are no error notifications. It’s frustrating not knowing my mileage. Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

 

This type of issue can be caused by the accumulation of browsing data preventing the program from working efficiently. I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps.

 

  1. In the app, try to Refresh Data.
  2. Restart or try another device.
  3. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks Online app.
