No Way to Verify to add Accountant

This is very unfortunate. We just commenced our 3 month special membership and our accountant was ready to set up our system. With this function being unavailable I feel as though we are wasting our membership waiting on the software to be fixed - in an unknown amount of time.

I hope it is fixed quickly so we can actually use the software as per our subscription described or we will move to Sage.

You can invite your Accountant as a Company Admin for the time being. Be sure to ask your accountant to share another email address with you. Your Accountant cannot use their QBO Accountant account to access your account as Company Admin.

Is the attached screen where you are adding the accountant?

It seem from your description that the accountant should be the person verify the identity not you.

Often problems with QBO can be resolved by going into incognito mode in Google Chrome.
