recently several memorized transactions from our previous fiscal year starting up in the 'to be recorded' screen however none of these are showing in the memorized transaction list. any suggestions how I get rid of these obsolete transactions?

There could be a few things factoring into the messages you're seeing about the transactions. Before you call, here is something you can check. Depending on how you set up the memorized transaction, there could be a reminder that didn't get deleted. You can double check by clicking the little alarm clock icon in the upper right of the program (just under the minimize and close window buttons) and looking through the Reminder list. If you see something there, double click to open it, and then go ahead with deleting it.
Since you mentioned the "to be recorded" screen, it sounds like you may be in the bank feed area. If that's the case, take a look at the Add and match Bank Feed transactions to learn more about that process and why you might be seeing the information you are.
