Here's something absolutely mind boggling and very confusing that a Corporation that offers an accounting program and are unable provide support for a problem that is within the program. I have a file that I was unable to open as I could not remember the password. Tried the password reset, entered all the correct info, but said there is no account under my name. Contacted the "support" and was told the password reset was not available. I had to send the file to their data services and the file would not be ready for 3 to 5 business days.
Well I needed the file today . I have a time limit and am stalled.. I find this is complete incompetence.

Sounds pretty competent to me. This is a YOU problem and they are offering to fix it but not instantly because they are helping other customers who don't badmouth them online perhaps. Just because you don't like their timeline doesn't mean they are incompetent. I hope your customers never slander you like that.
