QuickBooks Online allows you to sync your account with many different kinds of apps to allow you the ability to customize your experience. If you loaded information from an app and it had an adverse effect on your books you'll need to manually delete the entries and correct the information. To delete a transaction entry that was loaded from square you can follow these steps.
If the import affected more than just your transactions I recommend reaching out to an accountant as they're trained on how to correct mistakes like this. If you don't have an accountant no worries, we've got your back on this. You can go to My Accountant>Find a pro to help to find an accountant in your area that can help.

I suggest you Update QuickBooks Desktop to fix all.
