For further assistance with this transaction not showing up when you're reconciling, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to analyze this transaction with you in your software to be able to see why it isn't showing up, and provide further steps to resolve the missing transaction.
