Quickbooks Desktop T4 Filing

I am trying to submit the T4 through RAC and its accepts the file, but when I hit the "SUBMIT RETURN" nothing happens-its like a quick glimpse of something is shown and then disappears and no confirmation of receipt.

I already spoke to Quickbook Representative and he could not help with this problem.  I put this question on the community board to see if anyone has had this problem and if they found a solution
